What is StudyFetch?
StudyFetch builds a study set from uploaded notes, slides, PDFs, videos or other course material. Sparky can answer with citations back to those materials, while the same set can produce notes, flashcards, quizzes, practice tests, audio recaps and other activities. The consumer privacy policy says prompts, inputs, outputs and interaction data may be used to train, improve and develop AI or machine-learning systems; enterprise and institution data receives separate treatment.

The current consumer policy permits training and improvement use of prompts, inputs, outputs and interaction data.
Private is not the same as no training
Study sets may be private by default while their content is still processed under the consumer data-use terms.
Enterprise rules differ
StudyFetch says enterprise client data is not used for training; confirm the contract and account type before relying on that protection.
